Sign posted on social media Saturday evening

The sign said supporters of Donald Trump would be refused service because of his comments toward Mexicans. Immediately, several KSAT viewers reached out to us to see if the sign was true.

The restaurant company responded on Sunday that it was not authorized by anyone affiliated with Mama Margie’s. In a post on its social media sites the company did not speculate where the sign originated from.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));

But the company did have fun with the sign, saying, “Mama is isn’t in the business of politics, but of making tacos,” though she is reconsidering and hitting the campaign trail.
