Whether you’re doling it out or the kids are bringing it in, you may be tempted by all those Halloween goodies. You can still have all your favorites and keep your candy calories at 100 or below.

Halloween-sized Twix are a crunchy favorite. You can have two to reach your 100-calorie quota.
And a single Reese’s peanut butter cup is 110 calories, so you’ll be over the limit if you finish the whole thing.
If chocolate isn’t your thing, 25 fruity Skittles or five chewy original Starburst equal 100 calories.
For those who love Brach’s candy corn, 13.6 candy kernels are enough to reach your 100-calorie limit.
