SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County sheriff's detectives tracked down a suspect in the robbery of an adult movie store, thanks to his own appearance in a video.
An arrest affidavit stated the video came from a surveillance camera at Twin Theatre Adult Movie Store.
Records show the store is located in the 12500 block of Fisher Road in Von Ormy.
A clerk at the business told sheriff's detectives that she was shocked with a stun gun after she refused to obey a robber's command and turn over money from her cash register March 10.
The woman said the robber then took the entire register and ran out of the business, the affidavit stated.
Sheriff's investigators released surveillance video, showing the robbery, to various news outlets March 15.
Shortly thereafter, detectives said, they began receiving tips regarding the identity of the man in the video.
The arrested Criscencio Medrano, 22, Saturday on a charge of aggravated robbery.
