A wild chain reaction wreck ended with a car in the front yard of a West San Antonio home.
San Antonio police said a woman in her 20s was speeding when lost control of her car and side-swiped another vehicle just before midnight in the 1900 block of Amerada Street.
The driver then plowed into 10 feet of fence, stuck a utility pole and finally came to a stop when she crashed into a SUV parked in the driveway.
The female driver managed to walk away from the accident without any major injuries.
"She apologized to me last night. She said, 'I'm sorry,'" said Dora Longoria, whose yard and SUV took the brunt of the damage. "I feel lucky because she didn't come to my house. She come to the street."
CPS Energy replaced the utility pole that was damaged.
As of Tuesday morning, police had not announced whether the woman would face any charges in connection with the wreck.
