Man dies after stabbing in northwest Bexar County Bexar County deputies investigating fatal stabbing on Branson Falls No description found
A man died in the overnight hours after he was reportedly stabbed several times in northwest Bexar County late Wednesday night.
Bexar County sheriff's deputies responded to a call for a domestic disturbance in the 17900 block of Branson Falls just before 10 p.m.
The details of what happened have not been released, but a man suffered stabs wound to his upper body and was transported to the hospital.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the male victim later died at University Hospital from those wounds.
The victim's name or age have not been released and an investigation into the fatal stabbing is ongoing.
