Merlin Martinez, 36, is wanted for indecency with a child by contact.
In August 2014, an 8-year-old girl told police Martinez had touched her "privates" from July 2011 until she reported the crime. The girl said she had kept quiet about the abuse because she said Martinez threatened to touch her more if she told anyone. The girl told her mother about the abuse when she learned her mother was separating from Martinez.
