Original Story:

San Antonio police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead Friday night.

Police were called to an apartment complex on East Southcross Boulevard just after 7 p.m.

When they arrived they found a man, 31, dead outside an apartment.

Neighbors did tell police they heard several gunshots and the victim lived at the complex.

Police say the victim was at that location to meet someone. That person is not a suspect but officers are hoping to talk to the person because police believe they may have been last person to see the victim before the shooting.
