SAN ANTONIO – A man found shot to death Thursday night in a West Side street has been identified as 20-year-old Richard Ramos.
The shooting occurred in the 600 block of North Picoso Street and reported around 7 p.m.
Police said that Ramos was meeting up with another person to trade some items and that the trade had been discussed over Facebook.
EMS found the man dead on the street with a single gunshot wound to the neck.
A neighbor told KSAT-12 what she saw when she walked out of her home.
"It was a guy who looked like he was over the person who was laying on the ground, and he was crying really loudly and when the police officer got here I heard him say that he got shot," Patricia Cordova said.
A witness who was with Ramos at the time of the shooting told police the gunman took off in a green Ford F-150 with an extended cab.
