Sex offender arrested again on registration violation

SAN ANTONIO – A Bexar County man with a history of sex crime convictions has been arrested again.

Deputies arrested 68-year-old Ray Kennon Ham for violating the terms of his sex offender registration.

An arrest affidavit says Ham failed to register within the 90 day period required.

Ham is on the Texas Department of Public Safety Sex Offender Registry for a child pornography conviction.

The web site says he also has a conviction in Kentucky for First Degree Rape of a 25 year-old woman.
