Teen stabs brother to death protecting mother, family says Not clear what lead to stabbing No description found
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 16-year-old girl stabbed her 19-year-old brother to death in northwest Harris County, family members said.
Deputies were called to a home near Houston in the 20200 block of Telegraph Square Lane at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday for reports of a stabbing. Officers arrived and found one person dead.
According to family members, the victim, Mario Aguirre, 19, was accidentally stabbed and killed by his 16-year-old sister who was trying to protect their mother during an argument.
It is unclear what the argument was about that lead to the stabbing. The Harris County Homicide Division is investigating.
