Sewage lines affected by rains, SAWS officials say Lines affected on Holbrook Road, Chappie James Way No description found
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Water System crews are addressing two sewer systems that have overflowed, exceeding the requirement for public notice.
The two spills are at:
The 700 block of Ira Lee Street to the 1300 block of Holbrook Road (Salado Creek)
Inside Lackland Air Force Base adjacent to Chappie James Way Road (Leon Creek)
SAWS officials said because the spills were heavily diluted by storm water, no adverse effects are expected in Salado or Leon creeks.
Saws is contacting private owners in the area.
