A 27-year-old woman was shot and killed during an argument at a Northeast Side motel early Wednesday morning, San Antonio police said.
The shooting was reported around 12:30 a.m. at the Stay Express Inn in the 1100 block of Austin Highway.
Police said the woman was shot in the stomach and was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center, where she later died.
The shooter left the motel with another person in a black car and has not been found, police said.
Investigators said they found a baseball bat next to the victim. The victim's name has yet to be released.
The investigation and search for the two men is ongoing.
