Man accused of stealing from woman, not repairing her roof No description found
SAN ANTONIO – A man is accused of stealing $7,100 and never repairing a roof he promised he would fix, police said.
Omar Nino is charged with theft of the elderly.
Police said a 75-year-old woman hired Nino to repair her roof. They both signed a contract.
The woman wrote out the checks, but Nino never returned to do the work. He was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
