New license plates benefit Texas rivers Cost will be pro-rated No description found
SAN ANTONIO – New Texas river conservation license plates are available to motorists.
The plates will cost $30 a year, with $22 benefiting Texas rivers.
The cost will be prorated for drivers who have already renewed their vehicle’s registration.
