Medical examiner identifies woman found dead in south downtown alley last month Woman found with gunshot wound to head No description found
SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified a woman who was found dead in a south downtown alley last month.
The woman was identified as 36-year-old Jessica Gonzales.
Gonzales was found in an alley behind the 3500 block of South Flores Street on July 27. Police said she had been covered with a blanket.
The Medical Examiner’s Office said Gonzales died from a gunshot wound to the head.
San Antonio police are investigating this case as a homicide.
