SAN ANTONIO – A man trying to get something to eat from a food truck found himself the victim of a carjacking and robbery.
Investigators said a man and woman jumped in his car, held a gun to his head and forced him to drive.

John Ortiz, 24, is charged with aggravated robbery.
The incident happened in August on West Commerce Street. An arrest affidavit said while the victim was driving, he tried to grab the gun from Ortiz.
The gun went off once, but no one was hit.
The woman in the car then put the car into park, which gave the victim the opportunity to get out and run away.
Ortiz was later identified as the suspect and arrested. It is unknown if the woman was arrested.
