The cookie consists of three layers of creme, with brownie, original creme and cookie dough.

A traditional “brookie” is a dessert bar that combines chocolate chip cookies and brownies. However, Oreo is creating its own signature spin.

The company says the new cookies will be available sometime in January. But, a specific release date has not yet been announced.
