SAPD looking for suspect in robbery of far West Side convenience store

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are searching for a suspect responsible for a robbery on the city’s far West Side early Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at a QuickTrip convenience store in the 10100 block of West Military Drive, not far from Highway 151 and Loop 1604.

According to police, a man in a ski mask robbed the store clerk at gunpoint for an undisclosed amount of cash and then fled.

The store clerk was not hurt in the incident, police said.

So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation into the robbery is ongoing.
