The complaint states that in October 2022, special agents with HSI-San Antonio investigated three files of child pornography from file-sharing software. The files were associated with an IP address on a device located at Palmer’s home in the 8600 block of South Zarzamora Street, south of Interstate 35, the complaint states.

On Tuesday, federal authorities raided the home and seized five external hard drives, two computers, five laptops, four tablets, 10 cell phones and 10 compact disks.

The complaint said there were multiple videos of child pornography on a computer.

If convicted, Palmer faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and at least five years of supervised release for each charge. He would also be ordered to pay restitution to the victims.

HSI said the investigation is ongoing. His mugshot was not released by HSI.
