Lyft offering free rides on weekends through 2017 Lyft teaming up with Budweiser for Give A Damn campaign

SAN ANTONIO –
Lyft is teaming up with Budweiser for the Give A Damn campaign and offering free rides in Texas to help fight against drunk driving.
Texans 21 years and older can go to Budweiser’s Facebook and Instagram pages every Thursday at 2 p.m. and receive a $20 ride credit for that weekend.
The credit will be good for two $10 one-way rides through the Lyft app. Credits obtained Thursdays have to be used between 5 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next morning on that Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Up to 10,000 round-trip rides will be given every weekend for the rest of the year to residents in Washington D.C., Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.
