SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are searching for a suspect after he robbed a South Side dollar store early Wednesday morning.
The incident was reported just before 9 a.m. at the Dollar General located in the 2800 block of Nogalitos, which is not far from Interstate 35 and Somerset Road.

According to police, a man in his 20s walked into the store with a woman and pointed a gun at the cashier, demanding cash.
Police said the employee complied with the demand and he managed to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.
Officials did not give a description of the man or a description of a possible get-away vehicle.
No arrests have been made in the case. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
