Masked men with handguns rob Valero gas station in Schertz, police say

Incident occurred Sept. 5 around 3:45 a.m. at 17599 Interstate 35

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department and Schertz police are asking for the public's help in finding three suspects connected to a recent robbery at a Valero gas station.

The robbery occurred Sept. 5 around 3:45 a.m. at the convenience store located at 17599 Interstate 35.

According to police, the three suspects were armed with handguns when they entered and took totes of cigarettes and cash from the tills. 

The suspects were wearing black hoodies, red gloves, masks and possibly wearing black pants or shorts, police said. 

San Antonio police said two similar robberies also occurred at 2:45 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. the same day and believe they all may be connected.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
