Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Ingredients: 

  • 4oz. Beer Base. Any type of beer for taste.
  • Teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 5oz. Or 1.5 cups of cheese dusted with corn starch. Recommended blend is 75% sharp cheddar 25% swiss cheese.
  • Teaspoon of worstershire. Sp?
  • 5 turned of fresshly cracked black pepper.
