Pork Milanese with Napa Flats

SAN ANTONIO – Chef Juan Gonzalez from Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen prepared a delicious pork Milanese on SA Live.

This hand-battered dish is topped with arugula and other fresh vegetables.

“We’re a California restaurant with a little bit of Italian influences,” Chef Gonzalez said.
