S’mores Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chunks or chips
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzle (optional)

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix together eggs, heavy whipping cream, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg with a whisk until well combined.

In another medium bowl pour in crushed graham crackers.

Heat a skillet to medium heat, and add non-stick spray to the pan.

Dip bread on both sides in cream and egg mixture and then into the graham cracker crumbs, coating both sides.

Place into heated pan and cook until golden brown on each side.

Take out of the pan and top with some of the marshmallows and chocolate chunks or chips. Top with another piece of French toast and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
