SAN ANTONIO – VIA Metropolitan Transit is offering a Special Event Park & Ride Service to the Tricentennial Celebrate 300 event in downtown San Antonio on New Year's Eve.

VIA officials said New Year's Eve Park & Ride Service will be available from Crossroads Park & Ride at 151 Crossroads Blvd.,Madla Park & Ride at 1584 Cantrell Dr and the AT&T Center (Lot 7).
Service to the celebration will begin at 3:30 p.m., and return service will continue until 1:30 a.m. Jan. 1, VIA officials said.
Fare is $2.50 each way, with discounted fares available for children, seniors, students and active-duty military. Officials said cash and credit cards are accepted at the Park & Ride locations.
Customers may also pre-purchase tickets on the free VIA goMobile app. Officials said VIAtrans customers and children under age 5 ride free, and VIA bus passes are not valid for Special Event Park & Ride Service.
