A woman held at the Bexar County Jail Annex for arson now has a new charge after she attempted to escape Saturday morning, according to Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Two deputies thwarted an inmate escape from the Bexar County Jail Annex kitchen loading dock Friday afternoon, officials said.
