SAN ANTONIO – Experts say communication failure is causing a safety crisis for domestic violence victims, so state lawmakers have introduced a new bill that would make it easier to arrest domestic violence offenders who violate their bond conditions. “There are things that are required to be in the Texas Criminal Information Center, but family violence is not one of them. Senate Bill 343 would give law enforcement officers the ability to quickly see the conditions of bond for family violence offenders immediately after being released on bond. The release of the James Bond film “No Time To Die” has been delayed again, this time to 2021, because of the effects of COVID-19 on the theatrical business. “No Time To Die” was originally supposed to open in April 2020 but was pushed back to Nov. 12 in the U.K. and Nov. 20 in the U.S. The Walt Disney Co. last week delayed the planned 2020 releases of a handful of major movies until 2021.
