Hispanic Heritage Month officially begins Monday, but the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center celebrates Hispanic heritage year-round.

Vibrant music and dance traditions of the Texas-Mexico border region will come to life when “Rio Bravo” returns for its 30th anniversary performance at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center in September.

Guadalupe Dance Company had their first performance on Sept 15, 1991 for the city’s celebrations for Mexico’s Independence. Years later, the mission to preserve and promote the Mexican culture through dance, continues.
