Police in Lufkin, Texas, have identified a juvenile who was seen licking a tub of Blue Bell ice cream in a now-viral video. The juvenile could be seen licking the ice cream at a local Walmart before putting it back into the freezer. The Lufkin Police Department confirmed Friday that the girl in the video is from San Antonio. "The case will be turned over to the Texas Juvenile Justice Department," Pebsworth said. On Wednesday, Lufkin police were able to confirm it happened at the Lufkin Walmart after watching surveillance video from the store. Lufkin police said the girl had ties to Lufkin because of her boyfriend's family.
