A Helotes woman has filed a police report accusing a San Antonio-area contractor of theft, nearly a year after he accepted full payment for work without replacing pipes underneath her home.

SAN ANTONIO – Below is a list of all the citations issued so far in March for violations of San Antonio’s emergency declaration. The inspector noted that a case would be filed for no certificate of occupancy. March 6XTC Cabaret - An inspector issued two citations after the club located at 2023 Sable Lane was operating without permits. An inspector noted that employees and customers were wearing face masks as required. An inspector noted that the power has not been disconnected.

SAN ANTONIO – Below is a list of all the citations issued so far in February for violations of San Antonio’s emergency declaration. The inspector noted that employees were not wearing face masks but customers were practicing social distancing while dining. February 22Rainbow Shops - A proactive inspection of the store at 1842 W.W. White Road found that health and safety signage was not posted. February 8Construction site - A caller reported that an MDS construction crew was not wearing masks at the site at 2566 Goliad Road. February 6Tiny Cantina - A proactive inspection of the restaurant at 15900 La Cantera Parkway found that no health and safety signage was posted.

SAN ANTONIO – Below is a list of all the citations issued so far in January for violations of San Antonio’s emergency declaration. Bar 301 - A day after being issued three citations, Bar 301, located at 23567 IH-10 W, was issued two more citations. Citations were issued for on-premise consumption and violations of the mask and social distancing guidelines. Two citations were issued — one for exceeding the maximum capacity and the other for mask and social distancing violations. DSD officials saw that health and safety signage was posted and that employees were wearing masks but that customers were not wearing masks where required.

SAN ANTONIO – There have been 49 citations issued so far in December for violations of San Antonio’s emergency declaration. An inspector made the location and noted that the gym was within the capacity limit, however, employees were not wearing masks. Taquitos West Avenue - During a proactive inspection of Taquitos West Avenue, officers noticed that the proper health and safety signage was not posted. DSD officials saw that customers were actively eating at tables that were not properly socially distanced at the required 6 feet. DSD officials observed that no health and safety signage was posted as required by the city’s declaration.
