SAN ANTONIO – In the nine months since he was indicted, Roy Earl Ferguson has not been to jail nor has he seen a judge on charges he sexually assaulted a child. He's considered a fugitive.
Ferguson, 46, was indicted in March on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
"The indictment alleged that Ferguson sexually assaulted and violated a female who was under the age of 14 years old," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman. "He has since gone on the run and is in hiding to avoid prosecution."
Ferguson is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
"His last known place of residence was on the East Side of San Antonio," said Bozeman.
