Located at 10919 Culebra Road., this restaurant blends the taste of Cajun and Asian food.
“We love exposing new culinary delights to our fans through our take of cuisines from the various cultures,” owner Katie Lee said.
For the past two years, LA Crawfish has been one of the only few places in San Antonio that can give you crawfish at any time of the year.
That is because they have their own crawfish farms that deliver to them.
The crawfish is an added bonus in dishes like the curry and pho.
“This a perfect example where Cajun and Vietnamese collide,” Lee said. “It’s our traditional Vietnamese soup infused with a Cajun essence.”
The atmosphere is also a fun attraction for diners.
“We use the table as our plates, our hands as our utensils,” Lee said. “Everyone just roll up your sleeve, dig in and get down and dirty.”
