HEB Cedar Plank Salmon

Grilling fish doesn't have to be difficult

CEDAR PLANK SALMON

Prep Time: 30 minutes     Cook Time: 15 minutes 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 each Cedar planks 

4 6 oz. Salmon fillets

1 tbsp. Adams Reserve Korintje Pork Rub

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak cedar planks in water for 30 minutes. 

Preheat the grill to medium high flame. 

Place salmon fillets on cedar planks skin side down. 

Place cedar plank with salmon onto the grill grates. Close the grill and cook for 15 minutes or until the salmon is done. 

Turn off the grill and remove the salmon from the plank. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice.

Discard cedar planks once cool enough to handle.
