Sgt. Marshall Alan Campbell accused of assaulting girlfriend Campbell charged with assault, family violence
WILSON COUNTY, Texas – A San Antonio police sergeant was arrested in Wilson County after a disturbance at a home, county officials said. Sgt. Marshall Alan Campbell has been charged with assault and family violence.
Officials said deputies were called to Campbell's home late Tuesday night after an altercation with his girlfriend, who is also an officer with the San Antonio Police Department.
Police did not say how severely the victim was hurt or whether Campbell suffered injuries of his own. Officials also did not comment on the charges or the status of Campbell's job.
