Police in two cities are blaming one man for a series of car burglaries.
An arrest affidavit shows Charles Ray Hall, 26, got a visit from Terrell Hills police on his birthday last Wednesday, and that they questioned him in connection with some recent car break-ins.
They said during some of the burglaries, credit cards had been stolen from the vehicles.
Police followed up on transactions made with the stolen cards and identified Hall as a suspect, the affidavit said.
During questioning by detectives, Hall admitted to committing the break-ins, the affidavit said.
Detectives said he also told them about some car burglaries he committed in Alamo Heights, and named a woman who helped him.
The affidavit does not mention whether Hall also faces charges in the Alamo Heights cases.
