Delgado and Vidal are facing capital murder charges in the deaths of Arturo Pagan, 18, and Anthony Guevara, 18.

The two victims and third man were fired upon as they left a party near Pecan Valley Road and Pollydale Street in April 2012.

The third victim survived the shooting and told police the gunshots came from a black Ford Focus, according to an arrest affidavit.

Police were able to track down the suspects after interviewing several witnesses, including one who heard the suspects talking about the shooting.

Delgado and Vidal reportedly targeted the victims because they thought they were responsible for a home invasion and shooting.
