City of SA finance supervisor sentenced in indecent exposure case Fred Mendoza pleads no contest to sex charge, is handed 6-month jail term
A supervisor in the City of San Antonio's finance department was sentenced to 180 days in jail on Thursday for exposing himself to a female subordinate.
Prosecutors said that Fred Mendoza "sexually preyed" on the woman after calling her into his office.
Mendoza's request for deferred adjudication -- a form of probation -- was denied by Senior Judge Pat Priest.
He ordered that Mendoza be taken into custody immediately.
