SAN ANTONIO – A billboard celebrating Tim Duncan's decision to stay with the San Antonio Spurs - and mocking LeBron James opting out of his contract with the Miami Heat - has been spotted near Hwy. 281 on San Antonio's North Side.
The billboard reads "Loyalty > Royalty" and shows Tim Duncan's face on the "Loyalty" side and LeBron James's face on the "Royalty" side.
