Man wanted in Maryland stabbing death may be in San Antonio area

SAN ANTONIO – A 29-year-old man wanted in a fatal stabbing that happened in Maryland may possibly be in the San Antonio area, authorities said.

Juan Morales is wanted in reference to the stabbing death of Claudia Parodi, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Police said the stabbing happened at 719 South Bond St. on or around Oct. 4.

Morales, who also goes by Jose Lopez, frequents the Fells Point area of Baltimore city. Authorities said Morales was last seen in the 1600 block of Aliceanna Street during the early morning hours of Oct. 3.

Baltimore police said the Morales may have fled to San Antonio. Morales has two distinctive moles on his chin, authorities said.
