Woman partially trapped under truck in Loop 1604 crash

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio woman suffered only a broken ankle when she was partially trapped under her truck on the city's East Side.

The accident happened on Loop 1604 north of Interstate 10 around 7 p.m. Friday.

Police said the woman and her husband were in the truck when a front tire blew out and the truck rolled on its side.

The woman, who is in her 70s, was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center for treatment.

Her husband was not injured.
