SAN ANTONIO – An attorney was arrested for trying to bring a handgun into the Cadena-Reeves Justice Center, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Roxanne Hughes said in a news release.
Security screeners in the north entrance of the building spotted the gun around 1 p.m. Wednesday as Reagan Marble’s bag was being X-rayed, Hughes said.
Marble told deputies that he had been traveling recently and forgot that the gun was in his bag, Hughes said.
Marble was arrested and charged with places weapons prohibited. He was released from the Bexar County Jail after posting a personal recognizance bond.
