H-E-B now accepting walk-ins for COVID-19 vaccine on weekday afternoons

SAN ANTONIO – H-E-B pharmacies are now taking in walk-ins for the COVID-19 vaccine during a limited time on the weekdays.

The San Antonio-based grocery chain on Tuesday said all pharmacies will accept walk-ins from 3-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For all other times, people will need to make appointments. H-E-B officials said appointment times are posted daily at vaccine.heb.com.

People receiving their first COVID-19 shot should bring a photo ID, and people receiving their second dose should bring their photo ID and shot card they received when they got their first dose.
