The Whataburger Museum of Art is now open — on social media that is.

‘We knew you thought your Whataburger was a work of art, we just didn’t know you’d take it literally.’

The Whataburger Museum of Art is now open... at least on social media.

Officials with the beloved burger chain took to Twitter earlier this week, saying due to the influx of fan art they’ve received, they have created a virtual fan art museum on Instagram.

The WMOA already has over 1,200 followers on Instagram and counting. Not to mention, it already has 18 fan art pieces that are nothing short of impressive.

Some of the art pieces are from fans near and far, with some of the artists based in San Antonio, Austin, Katy, Dallas, Richmond, and even in California.

If you want to submit your Whataburger-themed art to the WMOA, here’s what you need to do:

  • Share your artwork on Instagram
  • Tag @theWMOA
  • The online art museum is currently accepting submissions from fans everywhere

To view the artwork, or to learn more about how to submit art, visit the museum’s Instagram page here.
