SAN ANTONIO – Several changes are on the horizon for Texas thanks to the last legislative session. From tobacco sales restrictions, to carrying brass knuckles to lemonade stand regulations.
Here are a few of the most interesting new laws going into effect Sept. 1 that you should know about.
