The property, located off of a New Braunfels farm road, spans two rural acres.

The latest tax records for the property indicate its market value is $793,770. Appraisal records show the property is owned by Michael and Rebecca Kelley.
The property has been under the ownership of Kelleys since 1993.
Tax records also show Dilloware LLC operates from the property. According to the Dilloware LLC website, the company sells a recurring billing software. The website lists Kelley's address as the mailing address.
