SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas - Law enforcement officials released new information Monday morning on the Sutherland Springs church shooting that claimed the lives of at least 26 people and wounded 20 more.

Freeman Martin with Texas DPS said 23 people were killed inside the church, two outside and another victim died at the hospital.

Six people who were wounded were in stable condition or released from the hospital.

Four more are in serious condition and 10 are in critical condition, which means the death toll could rise, Martin said.

The other key detail of Monday morning's press conference was law enforcement officials secured a video from inside the church. The video is being used as part of the investigation. Martin did not comment on what the video showed.

Martin confirmed the suspect, identified as Devin Patrick Kelley, did not have a license to carry, but had a license similar to a security guard.

Officials also confirmed there was a "domestic situation" going on with the family and Kelley's mother-in-law had received threatening texts from Kelley prior to the mass shooting.

According to authorities, Kelley was dressed in black tactical gear when opened fire outside the Baptist church before going inside and firing more rounds.

The victims, wounded and killed, range from 18 months to 77-years-old. Eight of them were members of the same family.

The gunman fled the scene after being shot by an armed resident. He was pursued by that resident and another man, and later found dead.

Authorities reported Kelley called his father during the pursuit with the Good Samaritans and said he was probably not going to make it.
