A CLEAR Alert issued for a missing 43-year-old man last seen in north Bexar County was discontinued Thursday afternoon.

35-year-old Jacob Sanchez, a Devine Middle School coach, collapsed during the start of class and died of a heart attack, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.
