Fiona spoke to Youth Orchestras of San Antonio (YOSA) music director Troy Peters on Wednesday about the teen music program and how its helping to transform children into world class musicians. You know, the kids who go through the YOSA experience dont all become professional musicians, but they all develop a larger sense of their potential, Peters said.
