Man arrested after illegal photography claim at Kohl's

Shopper: Device slid under dressing room while trying on lingerie

SAN ANTONIO – A man was arrested by Live Oak police Sunday evening after a shopper claimed she was illegally photographed inside a Kohl's dressing room.

Dawn Bostic told KSAT news she was trying on lingerie at the Kohl's at The Forum when she noticed the shiny part of an iPhone or iPod touch under her stall.

Bostic said she quickly covered up and popped her head outside the dressing room to find a man cleaning a mirror.

Bostic said she notified the store management then called Live Oak police. Officers arrived and found the suspect in the men's dressing area.

Sgt. Kent Iglesias with Live Oak PD said they arrested the man because he failed to properly identify himself.

As of Sunday evening, the suspect had not been charged in connection with dressing room incident, but Iglesias said police believe there is enough evidence to charge the suspect with improper photography.
